Familiar Spirits

Familiar Spirits was a new play written for the 2026 production of The Bake Off at Vermont Stage. This year’s Bake Off was centered around Arthur Miller’s The Crucible. This piece, written by Seth Jarvis, blended historical language and setting with modern ideas and a rich commentary on power structures and religion. Though truncated in process, I could not be more proud of the work produced, particularly the stellar work of my cast. The depth, commitment, and care each brought to the process was incredible to witness.
