I was hired to design costumes for The Laramie Project at Harpeth Hall here in Nashville. This show is definitely a planning/organizing challenge, as there are roughly 50-60 characters to represent in the show.
Making the angel wings was the biggest project of the show. The director wanted the wings to be perfect, and thankfully, Romaine Patterson and Angel Action have published instructions for the wings. I was able to enlist my friend Wren Steinlage to build the frames, and Kyle and Lori with the Rep to help with the wings themselves. I think they turned out wonderfully!
